
Remote Training & Support
As part of our customer support, we now offer remote customer service using software from TeamViewer.
This service will allow better Content Management Training, Networking, Software and some Hardware Issues.
It’s simple to use Follow the steps below
1. Download the software at the bottom of the page.
2. Install (The software is only active while the remote session is being done, after the session closes we cannot log back into your computer unless you hit the setup.exe and provide us with the new password.)
3. Call 506.943.0101 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the ID and Password from the viewer to start a remote session. See below

4. After we receive the ID and Password, we will login to your computer to discover your technical issue and try and resolve it.
As you can see the process is very simple and a cost saving for your company!
